Dr. Guy has spent 17 years in various roles (sales, distribution, and employee development) in a handful of multinational organizations. He is most passionate about employee development and employee safety, which led him to pursue his graduate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. His major research areas are workplace safety, leadership, personality, and emotional intelligence. In his spare time, Dr. Guy enjoys playing disc golf and spending time with his wife, children, and dog, Hazel.
